This clockwork is a solid wooden geared all mechanical weight driven pendulum movement. Crafted using hand selected premium black walnut hardwood with a hard-wax oil finish and a bee’s wax hand rubbed polish. Featuring all brass arbors and fittings. Including solid brass pulley, weight cabling, weight shell and accents. The legacy is built as a lasting heirloom. It Includes double shielded deep groove ball bearings and steel pivots on all arbors, providing a long service life, easy maintenance and trouble-free operation. There are Brass sleeved bushings in pass-through frame arbors of the minute wheel and pallet arbors while incorporating bronze bushings for the great wheel arbor holding the weight. The steel pivots, double shielded deep groove ball bearings, brass and bronze bushings along with all brass arbors ensure countless decades of runtime with the proper maintenance and care.
